The Indochine Cruise begins at Tuan Chau Harbour in the city of Halong, where you can relax with a drink before your luxury vessel is ready to depart.
We board at around midday and get settled into life on board. A quick cruise introduction in the larger of the two restaurants will come before a delectable lunch is served, comprised of both Vietnamese and international options.
Indochine Cruise glides across the emerald water, entering the maze of tree-clad limestone ahead of us. You will be presented with two options for your first activity in Lan Ha Bay.
Option 1: We find a quiet spot of water near to Cat Ba Island and explore via kayaks. Get close to the jaw-dropping nature on display as you paddle around shimmering inlets and sandy coasts, all under supervision of our attentive staff.
Option 2: Disembark the cruise at Cat Ba Island and take the quick bus transfer to Viet Hai village. We will spend a few hours exploring the ancient homes here and seeing the beautifully humble pace of life of its residents, as well as cycling around the luxuriant jungle outskirts.
Head back to Indochine Cruise in time for Lan Ha Bay’s golden hour. Watch the sun descend between limestone karsts as a cooking class and fruit carving demonstration is led by our magnificent chef.
Choose between our two restaurants for elegant dinner service, provided with a full view of moonlit Lan Ha out of the windows.
Spend the rest of your time tonight at your leisure as your Lan Ha Bay overnight cruise draws its first day to an end. You will find plenty of opportunities to relax around the lounge, bar, sundeck, spa or your own 5-star cabin.
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
The second day starts on the sundeck, where the rising sun will be accompanied by a gorgeous tai chi session. This is a great way to enjoy the unique morning atmosphere that grips Lan Ha Bay each day.
Pre-breakfast snacks can be enjoyed in the restaurant below while we set sail once again.
After a relaxing early morning, we arrive at Van Boi fishing village. We explore the commune of around 600 vibrant houses via kayak, where we can learn more about fishing culture in the bay’s distinctive floating villages.
Once more aboard Indochine Cruise and you will be invited to take up our breakfast buffet, made up of delicious Vietnamese and international offerings.
Catch the last of the suns rays on the sundeck before we reach Tuan Chau Harbour. We will disembark at around 11.00 am and bid the crew a fond farewell.
This marks the end of your time on Indochine Cruise. We hope that you enjoyed your 1 night luxury sailing around Lan Ha Bay and will consider returning with us in the future!

Enjoy a drink at Tuan Chau Harbour while Indochine Cruise makes the last of its preparations. We will board around noon and you will be able to check into your 5-star cabin.
Head to the largest of the two dining rooms for a cruise briefing followed by a wonderful a la carte lunch. Take in the views as Indochine Cruise sails into the rock-speckled seascape in front of us.
Relax on board and contemplate your two options for the first activity:
Option 1: Board your kayak and explore the smooth waters of Lan Ha Bay at your own leisure. The guide and staff will ensure that you are safe while you propel yourself around the shadows of lush green mountains.
Option 2: We head to Cat Ba Island and take a quiet drive to Viet Hai village, where rows of ancient wooden houses await us. Take in the views of the rustic architecture and its phenomenal natural backdrop while we cycle around the village and the surrounding jungle.
After one of these two activities, you will be returned to Indochine Cruise and can relax as the sun descends. A fruit carving demonstration and cooking class will be put on by the chef while you snap pictures of your first Lan Ha Bay sunset.
Dinner will follow this in the restaurant, with many delicious options fitting every diet.
Sink into your own relaxation after this, possible on the sundeck, in the lounge, in your cabin or at the bar, where happy hour will be in progress.

MyanmarMy friend and I took this Halong Bay cruise last week. We took 3 days 2 nights cruise with Indochine Cruise and it was amazing. We didn’t want to come back to the mainland. We had a great experience from the moment we step on boat to when we leave it. The food is good and the view from our room to Halong Bay was precious. I really loved sitting in my private balcony and admire the sunrise in Halong Bay. The level of customer service onboard exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much all the staffs on Indochine Cruise for making our 2 nights cruise very special. Highly recommend this cruise for everyone.

United KingdomI took this overnight cruise in Halong Bay last week, it was awesome and I would recommend 2 nights stay if possible. This is the most amazing trip in my vacation in Vietnam up to now. We had private minibus transfer from our hotel in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and spacious. Food was delicious with a huge range of food and outstanding quality of every meal we had. Lan Ha Bay is surely quieter and has equal great view to Halong Bay so it’s a perfect choice if you are trying to escape the crowds of Hanoi. The cruise is expensive itself but it is worth the money you pay for. Amazing experience, thank you so much Indochine Cruise!
