Alisa – the Princess of the Ocean – Expect More Than A Cruise! Alisa Cruises began with a vision in 2016 to provide a new, different kind of service than what was on offer at the time. We fostered a connection among people on our cruises while providing 5-star services to everyone on board. Everywhere that Alisa goes, we bring luxury worthy of a princess, for which the company is named.
Everything we do at Alisa Premier Cruise is to facilitate a greater connection between customers and staff; we commit to providing the highest quality service and acknowledge that the needs of the customer should be put first.
We consider ourselves to have a dual responsibility towards society and the environment and the way we conduct ourselves on and off the ship reflects this. We are devoted to keeping the trust that customers continuously place in us and are constantly inspired to be the best cruise in Halong Bay that we can be.

United KingdomWe spent 3D2N for our first time to visit Halong Bay. We also travelled during new year time. What a perfect cruise. Thank you Ms. Anna for her help on our process to book this cruise. She helped to resolve all of my enquiry. The first impression was that Alisa Cruise Ship was luxurious and very clean. Get on our cabin, it was spacious with a balcony. The bed was comfortable, too. I loved the way to sitting at the balcony, enjoy some drinks and watch the views of Halong Bay with beautiful rock islets. I must say that it was REAL rock formations, very close to me. Thank you for the birthday cake in the dinner and amazing food. The crews were fantastic and always willing to help us with anything. I appreciated their enthusiasm & friendliness. I would like to say thanks so much to James, Jonny and Whiskey. Thanks for all!

United KingdomI booked this cruise through Booking. Ms. Anna Pham helped me to confirm my booking with Alisa Cruise. She was a helpful woman, and also helped me to arrange the transfer from our hotel in Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina. Alisa Cruise was great. The cabin was clean and the food was delicious. This was a great tour. We visited Amazing Cave, climbed up to Titov Mountain. From there, we could see the spectacular views of Halong Bay. The tour guide was great and helpful. Everything was okay until we back to Hanoi by a luxury Limousine minivan.

United StatesI felt that I was lucky enough to choose Alisa Premier Cruise for the cruise in Halong Bay. Nicest experience we had during the trip in Vietnam. Everything was great: delicious meals, polite & friendly staffs. The thing I liked most was our comfortable cabin, actual 5-star services with Alisa Cruise. Special thanks to Nancy – our tour guide & our friend on the cruise. She always took care on us during the cruise. Highly recommend Alisa Cruise.

CanadaNancy was a great supporter. Thank you. We had joined a very clean cruise ship with clean en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi. One breakfast, one dinner and two lunches were very good. The activities were well placed and fun. Staffs were warmly-welcomed us and also hospitable and gave much help. Only one recommendation is to arrange a card on the dinner table that the drinks are charged. I understand that this is included in the brochure, but much better if we have one on the table.

United KingdomMy husband and I have joined 3D2N itinerary with Alisa Cruise 2 (Premier Cruise) during Christmas holiday. What a wonderful cruise ship! From the beginning to the end of the itinerary, the crews are always helpful and nice. We love the private balcony on our comfortable cabin. We have been picked up by a Limousine bus from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina and return. This bus is better than other ones we had joined. The booking process was easy and quick with Anna. She answered all of my inquiry and helped us to arrange what we need for this trip. Great support. I would like to recommend this cruise.
